Remember the “DOGVDUB”? We Cater!

We are pleased that you are considering C. Knight’s Steakhouse and the Ruffhaus DOGVDUB for catering your special event. The DOGVDUB, which is a vintage Volkswagen Bus converted to a Mobile hot dog truck is the perfect way to enhance any event. Weather it’s a Festival, block party,  birthday, wedding reception or any business promotional event the DOGVDUB will surely impress your guests.

For Local Wineries and Breweries, we have catered many new product releases, club member parties and special events. We are always willing to tailor a menu to compliment your beer or wine as well.  

For Starters, we sell Authentic Chicago Dogs using the finest quality All Beef Franks, Bratwurst and buns fresh baked locally. We always pair our famous dogs with our house made potato chips and an ice cold beverage. If there is anything in particular you have in mind please feel free to let us know.  We are here to cater and make your event exactly how you would like it.

Catering prices start at a $600 minimum (plus tax) with a 15% service charge. This usually will feed about 50 people. A $300 nonrefundable deposit is due 1 week prior to event and the remainder

due the day of event via cash or check.
